Steve Sztan, an SVH resident, is offering a new swim program at the SVH pool for adults and teenagers. Steve has a US Masters Swimming Certification at levels 1 & 2 and has been coaching for several years. He uses dry land, in-pool and video approaches in his teaching.

He offers two levels of group clinics as well as individual lessons. Whether you are training for a triathlon or simply looking to increase your fitness or swimming technique, Steve's program may help you achieve your objectives.
